Our Journey
Transforming Outdoor Spaces
Tom’s Landscaping was founded in October 2021, born from Thomas’s desire to pursue a more meaningful and fulfilling career. After working as a Design & Technology teacher, Thomas realised he wanted a path that would allow him to fully express his creativity while embracing a more active, outdoor lifestyle that supported his health and wellbeing.
The inspiration behind the business is deeply personal. From a young age, Thomas developed a love for gardening while helping his grandfather tend to his cherished outdoor space. When his grandfather was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, Thomas witnessed firsthand the challenges it brought, particularly his inability to maintain the garden he cared for so deeply. Determined to make a difference, Thomas stepped in to take over its care—an experience that sparked a profound sense of purpose and fulfilment.
Motivated by this, Thomas set out to extend that same care and dedication to others in the community. With the encouragement and business expertise of Natalie, Tom’s Landscaping was established. Since then, the business has continued to grow and thrive, built on a genuine passion for transforming outdoor spaces and making a positive impact in people’s lives.
